Arles is a city of art and history, its buildings and monuments were listed UNESCO world heritage sites in 1981.

Some monuments and exceptional sights : the roman amphitheatre (the arena), the ancient theatre, the Cryptoporticus, Constantin’s Roman Baths, the remains of the Roman circus, Saint-Trophime Monastery and gate, the Alyscamps. It is also marking the point of departure for the Arles Route, one of the three routes leading to Santiago de Compostella.
